Exchanges:

If you are unhappy with a product, you may return the items for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 10 days of your shipping date. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 420 Ooltewah, TN 37363

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require the original invoice to be returned with your clothing item, and your tag must still be attached to the clothing.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged: 

  • Accessories 
  • Sale items
  • Intimate/Sanitary goods

Store Credit  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 

If you are approved, then you will receive an email to notify you about your STORE CREDIT.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost when returning the items.
